All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification as soon as your order has shipped.

Free Standard Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. Delivery time is estimated at 7–12 business days after processing.

Priority Shipping Upgrade (ComfyPaws™ Exclusive)

With our Priority Shipping Upgrade, available through the ComfyPaws™ Complete Bundle, the estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after processing.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
